What Your Wolfies Say: This is a great competition for beginners that want to dip their toes into competing. There are two categories for this comp. One is novice and the other is intermediate. Novice level would be for people who still have to modify things like pull ups and hand stand push ups. Intermediate level is for people who can perform most of the Girl named workouts as prescribed. Spectators are welcomed!!
